Do you ever get cross with yourself and you are not exactly sure why. Could it be your job, the rash of acne, the amount of money you have spent on shampoo because not one is doing the job you want it to do, your favorite sweater has a new hole, or you gave a lesson in church and just wanted to throw your hands up in the air and say really we are having this discussion for the um-teenth time. Yes this is the remainder of February for me. I think no one needs to know or wants to hear that I am cross with myself.. There is the old saying if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all. So I have chosen to not say anything.
This month of February is gone, I have not enjoyed this month and I am sorry about that because I share this month of birthdays with wonderful people. My nephew Matthew, his is a lady killer with those big chocolate brown eyes. My brother Benjamin, my baby brother who has more love in his heart. My Mother in law who has loved me since day one. My mother who gave me life and a wonderful life. These are fabulous people and we have the best birthday month so I wish you each a year of learning, a year of laughter, and a year of many many experiences. I hope with all that I have that I will not be cross in March... The old saying if March comes in like a lion it will go out like a lamb..Keep your fingers crossed.

Early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise?
Is this true, I am healthy, no more cold. I am wealthier than I was yesterday. And I am a bit wiser. So I guest this is true.
I am in love with blue skies, and high 60's. Yes life is good.

Sunday, Church check, Superbowl check, blogging check, time for bed
I do have to say I called the game, many and I mean many people asked
me who I thought would win I said the Packers. And yes they did.....
I enjoy this day of rest we have on Sunday, I like the ability to let my
mind just think of all that has gone on through the week and what I could
do to be better this up coming week.
The weather is beautiful her and I hope it stays around, I am done with
the cold, ready for a long long long spring.

Friday and Saturday all rolled into one.
Today is Saturday and I had to work, busy season you know. Well I had to get up and just walk away from my desk, so I went outside, you should all be her in the 71 degree weather today. The Las Vegas Strip was insane with out of towners. I had a quick walk and then back to my desk. I had to go back because I thought of my best friend and how much fun we would be having walking up and down and around in the beautiful weather, just looking and watching and taking it all it. I really miss her. She gets me and does not question me at all, just takes me as I am.
Well raise your glass to your best friend and let them know how much you love them.

Happy Birthday to me.. am I really 39, is this really the last year of my 30's..
I don't remember being so interested in my age but this birthday has had my mind realing. I am 39 years old. Do I look 39? and what does 39 look like? I see others and wonder if I look that old? Do I act that old? Do I feel that old?(yes sometimes).
I am happy to make it to my 39th birthday, there are so many in this world who did not or chose not to make it this far in life. I found the following in my scripture this morning I helped me get through the day.
"I am a beloved spirit daughter of God, and my life has meaning, purpose, and direction. As part of a worldwide sisterhood, I am devoted to Jesus Christ, my Savior and Exemplar. I am a woman of faith, virtue, vision, and charity.
I increase my testimony of Jesus Christ through prayer and scripture study.
I seek spiritual strength by following the promptings of the Holy Ghost.
I am dedicated to strengthening marriage, family, and home.
I find nobility in motherhood and joy in womanhood.
I delight in service and good works.
I love life and learning.
I stand for truth and righteousness.
I sustain the priesthood as the authority of God on earth.
I rejoice in the blessings of the temple, I understand my divine destiny, and I am striving for exaltation."
The one thing that keeps me going is knowing this.

29 Degrees and wind.... are you kidding me.
I just about turned around and went back to bed,when the weather man told me how cold it was. Ok, so we don't have the ice or the snow, but we have the cold temps ugh...We can only hope this will lead to a long spring and a fairly mild summer. Keeping our fingers crossed.

Hello FEBRUARY!
I love this month and not only because it is my birthday month...yeah that's it.
I will not complain of the wind and cold when the nation is much worse off. I just have one statement to say. "Travel Agents do not have any control over mother nature and the consequences of her".
