Kids are music, everybody knows that kids are music from their heads to their toes.
Sunshine lollipops and rainbows that's how this refraing goes so come on join in...
Mamma there's a hippo in the bath tub and he's goin down the drain oh, no he's gone
He's a macho macho duck with a disco dance sensation
I looked out the window and what did I see, popcorn popping on the apricot tree.
Where is this going you ask? I have no idea... the songs have run through my head all week, some you may know some you may not, it is just a bit of music I had growing up.
Our home had some wonderful saturday music to the tune of works in my backyard setting up the markers to pour cement on Monday, I am so excited to get this done. I have some family comming down for easter and it will be great to have a backyard to be in on Saturday evening, the heat is not hear yet so it will be wonderful.
I splurged and bought some outside candle lights to stake in the ground. I have some fragant jasmine ready to put in along with the most delicious smelling orange tree. I am like a kid on Christmas. I will have to post some pictures as the process takes shape. Keep posted to see the final outcome.
On another note is going to the grocery store and finding a great sale one of the most wonderful things. Finally wheat noodles went on sale, I have a happy pantry stocked up just waiting for some yummie dinners to come. Oh, the bell just went off for the roast, got to get going.
I hope you all are having a wonderful sunday afternoon, early evening, the sun is her with a gentle breeze, I truly love this time of year.

Where is the warm spring go? The winds and cold weather are back. I was driving home from Church on Sunday and the Mountains were playing peak-a-boo with the clouds. Around 4:45 the winds came like a roar out of a lions mouth though the valley. I really thought we were in for a Tornado with all the garbage swirling in the air. The new job is going well, this is the first week on the phone. I have to cheer and brag a bit I took the most calls with bookings as the outcome in the office today, can I get a hip hip hooray!!!!! I have got to get this house clean, I did over hear the meeting of dust bunnies under my bed this morning.
But it will all have to wait until tomorrow is is 813p and I am very sleepy with a grand headache, just need Rain to get home so I can say good night.

Have you ever,,,,,,
Walked into a restaurant and had the host say "Well, welcome back you have not been here for a while. How are you doing?" Never has this happened to myself, I quickly did a historical recall in my mind of the last time we were there. It was in July 2008, yes 8 months ago. We have visited Carabbas many times before with a various group of people. You could have pushed me over with a feather having this lady recognize us as we walked in. Each trip to Carabbas I pondered the menu over, gracefully read the specials and then there in the middle of the page the best dinner ever experienced. It is the Chicken Trio. You have Chicken Oscar, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Pompadour, and lets not forget the spinach with garlic. This meal is a dance upon the taste buds, it all starts with the Tap dance of Chicken Marsala, the sauce oh the sauce is a smooth soft shoe over your tongue. Then you have a bite of the Chicken Pompadour, this is the explosion of a Cha-Cha in you mouth. Then have a bite of spinach and garlic to kill all the bugs in your body. You might then have a swallow of water to get your mouth ready for the smooth waltz of the Chicken Oscar. Oh the joy, and I have leftovers for breakfast tomorrow the dance of the morning waits will it be a Jazz routine or a Foxtrot?
How many meals create a dance in your mouth? Well Carabbas has one for me.

Done,done,done.....
Have you ever been through training? We had all the necessary players, we have at table #1 Malibu Barbie and friends can not be any older than 22 years old and so tan and faked boobed that the straight men in the class kept entertained. At table #2 we have Chachi, he will be working security at the Rio Pool and hits on anything female under the age of 24. Yes, he did hit on each of the young ladies in our class, I was entertained. At table #3 we have the person who has a comment for everything ,you know the type....you want to choke her, or just yell SHUT UP!
At table #5 you have the employee who is clearly the manager of the new department, one who leads and has the solution for any challenge thrown at us. There are many more, the guy who looks as though he is plotting your death, the gay man who is trying to keep it under wraps, but come on quotes "Steel Magnolias" verbatim, and of course the lady with to much jewelery and stinky perfume.
I have seen the underground and the above gound of more than one hotel, I have toured them know them could help you get anywhere in them and now I will report to my office not located in any of them.

Sunday a day of rest ??????
Who exactly said that Sunday was a day of rest? And then I finally got the meaning correct, it is the day you get the rest of whatever you need to do done. This could be the dusting, the vacuuming, the ironing, the wash, scrubbing the kitchen floor, cleaning the kitchen floor. Of course not going anywhere to shop, but doing the rest of the housework you did not get done on saturday, because you spent saturday running errands and just hanging out with your husband. Well here I find myself sunday night after a day of Stake Conference and a baby shower for a friend with laundry up to my armpits in dirty laundry and a new day at work starring me in the face.
This week I started a new job, so far so good, there seems to be a lot to learn but I am up to the challenge and look forward to the day that it all makes sense to me. I know the airline booking system really well, it is just the other three in house booking systems.
This week left us with a visit ending from my Dad he came down for Nascar, we had a wonderful time, and I got a bit of sun. Let's just say I looked like a raccoon on my first day at work. Thank you Dad for coming down.
This week we finally said good bye to Chuck. I had a small funeral for him and flushed twice. We are now a fish free house hold.
From here on forward a new week with new promises and fun to be had. Oh, yeah we did not give up anything for Lent in this house hold.
